The standard envelope sizes are:A6, A7, A8, A9, and A10.
Standard Envelope Sizes
There are many different envelope sizes, but some of the most common are A2, A6, A7, A10, and #10.
A2 envelopes are 4 3/8″ x 5 3/4″, making them slightly larger than a standard greeting card. They can be used for invitations, thank you cards, stationery, and other small items.
A6 envelopes are 4 3/4″ x 6 1/2″, making them slightly smaller than a standard piece of paper. They can be used for smaller items such as greeting cards and invitations.
A7 envelopes are 5 1/4″ x 7 1/4″. They can be used for invitations, announcements, and other medium-sized items.
A10 envelopes are 6 1/8″ x 9 1/2″. They can be used for large items such as brochures and catalogs.
#10 envelopes are 4 1/8″ x 9 1/2″. They can be used for letters, documents, and other large items.

A10 Envelope
The A10 envelope is the largest envelope in the standard envelope series. It measures 9-1/2 inches by 13-1/2 inches and is typically used for Reply Envelopes, or R.S.V.P.s.
Dimensions
An A10 envelope is a tiny envelope with a deeplypointed flap that is typically used for Wedding Invitations. This size envelope is sometimes hard to find, but we do offer custom printing on A10 Envelopes. Below are the dimensions for an A10 Envelope.
-Size: 6 x 9 1/2
-Springhill Digital White Linen envelopes or
-12pt white cardstock with matching digital liner
-Gummed closure (tongue lick) or self-seal closure
Uses
A10 envelopes are mostly used for special invitations, greeting cards, and wedding announcements. Of course, you can use them for other purposes as well, but their large size does make them a bit more difficult to use for general correspondence.
